I paid $70 for a growth chart to track my child's height over the years, only to discover the measurements are INACCURATE! When I contacted the seller, I was told that because these are handcrafted, measurements can be off by an inch or so. Are you kidding me?!
The ENTIRE purpose of a growth chart is to accurately measure height! Being handcrafted is NOT an excuse for a measuring tool that doesn't measure correctly.
What's even more frustrating is the seller's complete lack of effort to make things right. For $70, I expected a quality product and at least some accountability.
I purchased this to create special memories of my child's growth, and instead received an overpriced, inaccurate product and terrible customer service.
