I founded LLD Gifts and have spent more than a decade building through ecommerce, product development, customer experience, operations, marketing and corporate gifting.
Years of decisions, experiments, mistakes, recoveries, customers and systems have given me something I value even more than the numbers: patterns to study.
My business isn’t separate from the research. It is one of the laboratories.

I like working across disciplines because the same useful patterns show up in places that look completely unrelated. If there is a meaningful outcome, a human experience to improve, or a system worth figuring out, I am interested in the conversation.
